Do I need an appointment?
Yes — please schedule in advance so we can confirm eligibility and plan the evaluation.
How long does an evaluation take?
It varies by equipment type, condition and shop workload. We'll give you an estimated turnaround when you book.
Do I have to approve the repairs?
No. The decision is entirely yours. If you approve repairs, the $190 evaluation fee is applied to the repair cost.
What if I buy a replacement instead?
If you purchase replacement equipment through Air Energy, the evaluation fee is credited toward the purchase.
Do you provide transportation?
No — customers handle transport to and from the service center. For larger systems, ask about field service.
Need air while it's in the shop?
Pair your drop-off with a rental compressor to keep production running.
